David S. Coia, President David S. Coia is a founding partner of Barclay Group and leads in strategically planning all aspects of the company's direction. While cultivating and managing key client relationships with major retailers nationally, he also generates capital through both interim and permanent lending sources as well as private equity offerings. David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a native of Glasgow, Scotland and David resides in Safety Harbor, Florida with his wife and four teenage children.

Scott T. Archer, Managing Director and Designated Broker Scott T. Archer is the founding partner of Barclay Group’s western region, with responsibility encompassing all aspects of strategically planning and managing the region’s direction. For the past fifteen years under Scott’s guidance, Barclay Group’s western region has developed in excess of 40 retail projects, totaling more than 5,000,000 square feet. Scott received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University and his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate development from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining Barclay Group, Scott was a principal with the Trammell Crow Company in Tampa, Florida. |

Robert "Bob" E. Austin, Senior Vice President of Operations Bob Austin serves as the Operational Manger for Barclay Group. Bob is a founding member of Barclay Group's Arizona division and oversees Barclay's acquisitions, developments, leasing, property management, and construction management divisions. His responsibilities include reviewing of purchase agreements, deeds, leases, assignments, contracts for sale of land, investment properties, build-to-suits, agency contracts, joint venture contracts and security agreements. Bob is instrumental in all company operations including staffing, division profitability and the company business plan. Bob is the qualifying party for the company's construction license, a member of ULI, AAED and ICSC. Bob received his Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University. |

Trey Eakin, Senior Vice President of Development Trey Eakin has over seventeen years of commercial real estate development experience in the Arizona market and has been on the Barclay Group team for over twelve years. In his role as Senior Vice President of Development he oversees the operations of all firm developments and ensures successful leadership for each project. Under Trey's leadership the development team is dedicated to the enhancement of Barclay Group's portfolio of projects. Trey served as a Project Manager for Vestar Development from 1986-1990 and subsequently managed the Phoenix office for Nexus Development (Newport Beach, CA) from 1990-1993. Trey was on the Arizona ICSC Start Up Committee for four years and was the Program Chairman during his last year. He currently holds an Associate Real Estate Brokers License issued by the State of Arizona and has served as both an associated broker and designated broker for Barclay Real Estate Services, LLC. Trey received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in economics from the University of Oklahoma. |

James "Jim" P. Gardner, Senior Vice President of Marketing Jim Gardner is responsible for all the necessary components of marketing and leasing for Barclay Group;s projects throughout the western region. Prior to joining Barclay Group in 2001, Jim worked as a commercial broker for four years at the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis which serves as the basis of his broker and tenant relationships in the community. Jim received his Bachelor's of Art in History with an emphasis in Law from the University of San Diego. Jim is also a longstanding member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds an Arizona Real Estate license. |

Alix Smith, Senior Vice President of Finance, CFO Alix oversees all lender relationships, proposals and documentation for the best loan options available in the market to maximize the success of the projects. Alix received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University, a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University and holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |

Deborah "Deb" Fry, Vice President of Property Management Deb Fry joined the Barclay Group in 2002 bringing with her over eleven year of field related experience. In her role as Vice President of Property Management Deb oversees the operation of real estate assets to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability while enhancing the community in which it is located. Through skillful management and well considered improvements, Deb preserves and safeguards the property asset. Deb has obtained her Certified Shopping Center management (CSM) designation through the ICSC School of Professional Development. Deb also attended Texas Tech University, majoring in Speech Pathology/Audiology. |

Rick LaMotte, Vice President of Construction Management Rick LaMotte has over twenty years of experience in the construction field prior to joining Barclay Group twelve years ago. Rick serves as a liaison between the development and construction divisions. Rick is responsible for reviewing plans including architectural, civil and individual tenant improvement drawings to ensure the required information is provided and cost efficiencies are utilized throughout the construction process. His team also manages tenant improvements as well as turnovers. Rick received a Certificate of Completion in Construction Management from the Dell E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. |

Mark Fowler, General Counsel Mark Fowler is General Counsel for Barclay Group. Mark served in the U.S. Army military intelligence as a Crypto-logic linguist before graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Russian. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. His law practice has included transactional real estate as well as litigation. Mark is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and is a member of ICSC. |

Jack has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience including brokerage, consulting, and development services. Daniel L. Vietto, Director Dan Vietto is a founding partner of the Barclay Group and oversees all development activity in the Eastern Region. He has been involved with the development and sale of over 100 shopping centers and drug stores during his tenure with Barclay Group. Dan is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |

Martha Sassone, Chief Financial Officer Martha Sassone is the Chief Financial Officer for the Barclay Group’s Eastern Region. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and later returned in 1997 for a Masters of Business Administration concentration in accounting. She served in public accounting for three years and then transitioned to private industry where she has spent 17+ years in executive management. Martha’s professional responsibilities have included accounting, finance, investor relations, global purchasing, regulatory compliance, human resource, corporate operations, development and manufacturing. She has managed various mergers, acquisitions and corporate spin-offs along with their related implementations. Her role with Barclay includes the financial reporting, corporate tax planning, compliance and regulatory reporting, financing and human resource management. |

Jeffery T. Surrency, Director of Acquisitions Jeff Surrency is a senior partner of Barclay Group and oversees the acquisition of all development opportunities for the Eastern Region. Jeff has been involved in the acquisition and completion of over 100 developments consisting of retail shopping centers, freestanding drug stores and residential projects. Prior to Barclay Group, Jeff was involved in the assemblage of shopping center locations and worked as a consultant for the Trammell Crow Company. Jeff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate broker. |

Jerry Hart, Vice President of Development & Construction Jerry Hart is the Vice President of Development and Construction for Barclay Group Eastern Region and is responsible for the planning, permitting and construction. Jerry serves as liaison between development & construction, leasing and property management divisions. He is responsible for the coordination and approval of all architectural and civil, as well as tenant improvement plans to ensure the overall integrity and professionalism is maintained. His duties also include the overall management of engineering and construction to ensure the quality and cost effectiveness. His team also manages tenant improvement construction as well as turnovers. Jerry has over 10 years of experience in the engineering management industry overseeing various types of construction. He served in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved several commendations for his work as well as two meritorious promotions reaching the rank of sergeant in less then three years. He is also a veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Jerry is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |

Matthew "Matt" D. Fuller, Director of Leasing/Marketing Matt Fuller is the Marketing Director for Barclay Group's Eastern Region and is responsible for the Leasing of its shopping center portfolio in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Matt is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. Previously he has worked for national real estate firms including the Trammell Crow Company and Paragon Group. To date he has completed over 700 leases. Matt has extensive experience in site acquisitions for neighborhood grocery, drugstore and strip center projects. Matt is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. |

Carpenter, Marketing Manager Kandice Carpenter is the Marketing Manager for Barclay Group Eastern Region and is responsible for marketing and asset disposition of Barclay Group's shopping center portfolios in the Eastern Region of the United States. Kandice Carpenter joined the Barclay Group in 2001, assisting with site acquisitions. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
